Analysis and Consultancy
We support you already at the planning stage of the new system. A detailed analysis and calculation based on measurements, utility bill or other facts are standard. Sometimes there is a site survey. After that you get a quotation with suggestions on how to further proceed.
Implementation
When you place an order with us you will get by e-mail a confirmation within two working days. The confirmation includes scope of supply as well as firm delivery dates. On service and repair orders we call one day before our technician arrives to insure that everything is in place on site. With the invoice you will get a detailed report on what was performed on your equipment. All our systems are delivered with a detailed documentation including description, data sheets, wiring diagrams and inspection sheets.
Inspection, Quality and Security
All our systems are tested at load conditions before shipment and the results are archived. On site our experienced technicians work with check lists and provide a report after each inspection. We support you to keep your systems running. Regular maintenance and inspections are essential to reduce errors and equipment failure. Our technicians are equipped with the most up to date tools like thermal camera, power quality analyzer and of course with the personal protective equipment PPE according to IEC 61482-1-2.
